Returns

At By The Sea Organics it’s our intention to create as little waste as possible and use sustainable practices. We understand the need to make a return sometimes, but please consider the impact of your actions. Can you gift this item to a friend?  Save it for a present or donate it to someone in need? These are just a few zero waste ideas. Here are some frequently asked questions about returns:

What items are returnable? Items purchased from By The Sea Organics are returnable within 14 days. Sale items are final.  Returns are accepted only if there is a defect with the product.

How long does it take to process refunds? It will take approximately 5-7 days once we receive the return (based on your bank).

Who pays for the return shipping? You do.
