Returns

At By The Sea Organics, our intention is to create as little waste as possible and to use sustainable practices in everything we do. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, but we kindly ask you to consider the impact first. Could the item be gifted to a friend, saved for a future present, or donated to someone in need? These are a few simple zero-waste ideas.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from By The Sea Organics may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Clothing and sale items are final sale. Returns are accepted only if there is a defect with the product.

Refunds are processed within approximately 5–7 business days after we receive the approved return, depending on your bank.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
